Manufacturers cannot legally require a printer owner or lessee - verbally or otherwise - to purchase supplies exclusively from them.
If, in the unlikely event our supplies have been the source of damage to your equipment, you are protected by our warranty. We will reimburse you for the cost of repairs with adequate documentation from the service technician.

Our imaging supplies are designed to meet or exceed the original brand name.
If a representative threatens to void the machine warranty or charge for a service call because you are using a compatible supply, ask for their statement in writing.

Know Your Printer

1.TONER HOPPER
The small container built into the removable casing which houses the toner that is applied to the page.

2. SEAL
Removable protective strip for preventing toner from spilling prior to installation used in HP and many other cartridges, but not in most Lexmark cartridges.

3. DOCTOR BLADE
Ensures the precise amount of toner is always distributed to the Developer or Magnetic Roller.

4. DEVELOPER or MAGNETIC ROLLER
Transfers toner to the OPC Drum. Also called a Magnetic Roller in systems using magnetic toner where a magnet attracts toner (containing magnetite) for transfer to the drum.

5. WASTE BIN
Collects the residual toner wiped from the OPC Drum because it has been charged and can no longer be used.

6. WIPER BLADE
Stays in constant contact with drum and wipes away any residual toner applied to the page.

7. PRIMARY CHARGE ROLLER (PCR)
Conditions or charges the OPC prior to laser-writing the image. This is accomplished by applying a uniform negative charge. The PCR also discharges or “erases” the laser image.

8. ORGANIC PHOTO-CONDUCTOR
A multi-film layered aluminum drum, precision ground to extremely close tolerances to ensure the optimum circular surface. Because the quality of the surface of the OPC Drum is the most reliable way of ensuring the overall quality of the cartridge, We use only new OPC Drums.

9. DRUM SHUTTER
Protects the OPC Drum from exposure to light while the cartridge is out of the machine and retracts in the printer.
